Drawing Office

I spent two periods in the Drawing Office. All apprentices spent an initial period gaining some basic engineering drawing skills, which included limits and fits, dimensioning, 1st and 3rd angle projections, etc. I already had a grade A O-level in Technical Drawing and had also taken the A level course, I was already well ahead of the others, which to be honest, wasn't difficult.

During a second period, we designed a mitre block and pipe vice as group projects and then went and made them in the PTW.
